Here's why we're here - to see Christine!
We rented a car on the way to Dumbarton Quarry Campground, settled in, and drove to Berkeley Potter's Guild for an Open Studio Weekend.

Here's Christine's Open Studio display!
On Sunday morning, piper and I had a swell bike ride on the Alameda Creek and Bayview Trails around the 'salt evaporation ponds' and also some other trails in the Coyote Hills Regional Park. We had a connector trail right from the Dumbarton Quarry Campground. BTW, I learned of this campground via the RV Travel online newsletter I've been getting for years. Dumbarton is East Bay's first urban campground in over 30 years, opening in August 2021.
Then off to Christine's place for the afternoon.
Here's what 'working at home' looks like for a ceramicist. Christine was contracted for a huge fireworks mural.
Lovely day in the sun (besides the opportunity to run a load of laundry).
