Canada, eh?! June 9 & 10

Passed through customs without incidence, we are first-timers in British Columbia!

Time for a private campground w utilities -- Desert Gem RV in Oliver, BC was super friendly and only 23 kilometers over the border.  Oh no, kilometers, time to convert!  Our phone GPS reports kilometers, the rig is reporting miles.  Gas prices are per liter, multiply by 3.78 x current conversion rate to get sense of price/gallon.  Why didn't the US convert to metric like everybody else?

Lake okaNAgan provided beautiful views for a long time including our lunch break.  It's 84 miles long.

Yard Creek Provincial Park had many openings, probably due the hungry mosquitoes.  We locked ourselves in for the night, but did go outside to view the lovely creek in the morning.
